Professor Zhao Buchang,
The Chairman of Buchang(Group) Co., Ltd.

　　Professor Zhao Buchang, a famous expert on cardio-cerebral vascular disease, was born in December of 1942,and in Changan County of Shaanxi province, P.R.China. He is a professor of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Graduated from Xi’an medical University in July of 1963, he was sent to the Alta hospital of Xijiang vyur Autonomous region. After that, he was assigned the director of the frontier medical school. After coming to No.215 hospital in Xianyang City of the Nuclear Industrial Department in May of 1981,he worked as a chief of Medical section and chief of department of internal

medicine .In 1993, he established Joint-Venture Xianyang Buchang pharmaceutical co. with ZBT international PTE LTD (Singapore). Since the foundation of Buchang pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., professor Zhao is the chairman of the board of the corporation, director of Buchang Cardio-cerebral Vascular disease Institute, and President of Shaanxi international Commercial Institute. Senior Consultant of the Chinese Medical Association of the United States of America. The Director of the standing Association Committee of Chinese and Western Medicine. Deputy President of the Society of the Combination of Chinese and Western Medical Science of Shaanxi Province. Teacher of Students for Master degree of Xi’an Jiaotong University.
　　Professor Zhao Buchang has devoted himself to clinical treatment, prevention, and research of the cardio-cerebral vascular disease for long term in medical practice. In the middle period of 1980’s, he invented a series of homeopathic and surgical techniques, such as Medicated Acupuncture Manipulation, Technique of Arterial carotid perfusion etc., used as new route to cure stroke, coronary heart disease, and thousands of patients benefited from these technique. His academic thesis’s “107 cases of apoplectic Hemiplegia Treated by Acupuncture with Chinese Medical Herbal hats etc, and other 11 articles were published on Thesis collection of academic forum of Cerebral Vascular Disease and aging research. Professor Zhao developed a new style of his own, and founded a particular method for pre venting, treating stroke and coronar7y heart disease on many experiments together with Professor Wu Haiqin and Doctor Zhao Tao. He first founded theory “ Treating brain and heart simultaneously” and “insufficient blood supply may cause various disorders” and evoked worldwide repercussions.
　　Under direction of above two theories, professor Zhao successfully prepared Naoxintong Capsule used for cure of stroke, coronary heart disease, which is preparation of pure natural traditional herbal medicine, and includes a lot of Blood Thrombus Dilution Factor (BDF). Clinical observation showed that effective rate to cerebral vascular disease is 94%, effective rate to improvement of syndrome is 90%, and effective rate to improvement of muscular strength is 86.2%. In Oct of 1992,Professor ZhaoBuchang was awarded the Government Special Allowance with its certificate by the State Council to praise his great contribution to the medical and health cause of China.
　　On Aug2, 1994,Gold medals were awarded to both Buchang naoxintong and Buchang Stroke Medicated Cap on The Chinese Medicine Science and Technique Achievements Exhibition in Jakarta. In 1993,Professor Zhao Buchang was awarded the Highest Honor of Official Decoration by the king of Belgium in person on 42nd World Invention Exhibition in Brussels of Belgium, and at the same BchangNaoxinton Capsule was awarded the Gold medal of Eureka. In January of 1994, Chinese Red Cross awarded Excellent Member Professor Zhao. State Technology Association in 1994 elected him as Excellent Technology in 1995, Naoxintong capsule was appraised as the confidential Product by the state Consumer Association. In dec.1996, Naoxintong capsule was awarded Famous Product in Shaaxi province, and Buchang Group Co. was given the title of Enterprise star in Technology circle in Shaaxi province by the People ‘s Government of Shaanxi province, at the same time, professor Zhao was endowed title of Excellent Technology Enterpriser of Shaanxi Province. In April, 1997,Naoxintong Capsule was awarded Golden as Excellent Product, Professor Zhao was conferred golden medal of International Famous Physician by Chinese Medicine Association, and was invited as consultant of cardio-cerebral vascular disease. In May of 1997,Professor Zhao was conferred Model worker of Shaaxi province, and then, was elected as deputy to the National People’s Congress of Shaaxi Province.Buchang group was continuing awarded as the first paying taxes enterprise since 1997. In the year of 2000,the group was awarded as “the China Naoxintong Characteristic Pharmaceutical base” by Chinese development and promotion association. From Dec. 13,2003 to Dec.16, Mr. Liuji, director of the state condition center of China, the specially appointed member of the state council, leaded delegates to investigate the Buchang group as the title of “the 10 years development history of Shaanxi Buchang group with the new theory of Chinese non-state owned economy”.
　　Since the foundation of Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., ltd, an advanced management has been applied in every aspect of its development under the leadership of Professor Zhao, Chairman of Group, and it firmly kept up with development route of high technology. Facing 21st century, professor Zhao drew up three five-year plans for the development of corporation and group to enlarge domestic and overseas market, to accelerate development of new product, to expand hopeful item for further economic increase, and to raise fund circle efficiency. After 10 years developing, the sales volume is 1.5 hundred millions at the end of 2003. In last ten years the total sales volume is near 5 hundred millions and the corporation paid tax of 60 million USD. More than 100 subsidiary hospitals and 400 subsidiary marketing offices all over the country also reflected its rapid development. More than five thousand laid off workers were employed in the Group Corporation. Buchang products have been sold in international market. The main Product----Buchang Naoxintong capsule has been registered and sold in Indonesia, Ghana, Vietnam, Hongkong, Kazakhstan, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and so on. Application for registration in America, Japan, India, South Korea is proceeding. In 1997 he set up a private college and approved regular college by government in 2002.At the end of 2003,this college has 10 thousand student and 2000 teachers. In May 2002. More than 300 thousand Chairman Mao’s badges were exhibited in precious house.
